The proposed design for this new apartment building in Limassol consists of a two bedroom apartment on the first floor including private access to a BBQ area and garden on the ground floor as well as a two storey penthouse consisting of a large balcony with a sheltered BBQ area, large glazed living room, open plan dining area with a double ceiling opening and 3 bedrooms on the rop floor. The building's facades utilize decorative protuberances to contain each apartment dividing the building's volume. Greenery and timber shading panels are used extensively in order to turn this building into a modern and sustainable architectural proposal.
